The delegation which was led by the president of the body itself, Amaju Pinnick arrived at about 10:55am, after a brief stopover at the Nigeria Union of Journalists press centre in Benin.

Pinnick was too shocked for words:“This is devastating. We have lost a superhero. The NFF Board will meet and decide on the best way to honour Stephen Keshi. We will be fully involved in the arrangements for the final burial rites,”he said.
